Chestine & Oliver Foulks committed to the union of marriage on April 2, 1952 . From this union, three children were born: Linda, Sherry, and Janice. Throughout raising her children and many other children over the years, one thing was an undeniable fact: everyone LOVED Chestine’s cooking. She cooked every single day, making sure that no meal was missed and even worked at a restaurant as chef. Chestine became a STAPLE in her kitchen and she gracefully passed down many of her amazing recipes to her descendants. With that being said ChesOli’s is a family-owned and operated food truck business created in memory of the late couple, run by their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Our mission is to re-create some of the same amazing memories we shared with them and now share them with each and every one of you! We strive to bring you the absolute best southern home cooking…in the form of a CUP! That’s right! All of our food is served in one single cup including: one savory meat and two scrumptious veggies. This is definitely a twist on the usual way food is served, and that’s what makes us different from the rest!
