Meet The Team

Hello, My name is Trevetta Foulks and I am the Owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ChesOli's LLC. First, I have to give all Honor to God, because without him none of this would be possible. My inspiration came from my late grandparents Oliver and Chestine Foulks. We didn't have a lot, but we had everything we needed. I had a vision for the company over a year ago, with God and my family's help we've made it happen. I love to talk and I can cook, now what better way to use these two combinations. We are ready to serve you the most delicious soul food you ever put in your mouth. Trust me, you'll love it! Just keep this in mind, when God gives you a talent, use it. 

My name is Candace Nunley, and I serve as a General Manager & Customer Service Manager (CSM). I serve to balance out any issues or concerns that may arise. I also work closely with the CEO and HR. I am so blessed to be apart of something so close to my heart. Our grandparents played such a huge part in the raising of all the grandchildren and even our children. My grandmother loved to cook and feed people. It made her smile and it makes me smile to be able to help carry on her legacy. We strive to make you smile when you eat our food as big as hers when she cooked food. I enjoy diamond painting & reading in my free time. Thank you for all the support.

My name is D’Erin Brooks. I’m the Marketing and Promotional Manager and also the Assistant Human Resources(HR) Manager here at ChesOli’s. I keep us moving from event to event! My work here at ChesOli’s is inspired by my grandparents and also by my mother. They’ve always shown me that hard work pays off and have encouraged me to go for the largest of goals. That, paired with a LOVE for good food and a heart for family, is why I love it here at ChesOli’s. Outside of ChesOli’s, I also work in the Legal Affairs department at T-Mobile. I love my career, but my MOST enjoyable time is spent serving Jesus through teaching, poetry and music. Creativity is a gift that I cherish and I plan to continue using that gift here at ChesOli’s and beyond.

My Name is Heather Taylor, and I’m the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Human Resource (HR) Manager for ChesOli’s. I work closely with the CEO to be sure operations run smoothly. My inspiration is simply my great grandparents. Growing up my grandparents Chestine & Oliver displayed such care for us which is why I cherish my family values the way I do. They always made sure we had what we needed and for that I’m grateful. I have a love for artistry & I have a niche for traveling. I love God most of all. My name is Ryan Brooks, and I’m the Creative Media Manager. I’m responsible for creating the Content & Ads you see on our page. I keep it fun here, so definitely stick around to see all of the exciting things we have in store for you. I know everyone loves great content & great content is what you will have. My great grandparents Chestine & Oliver always had something cooking on Sunday nights. I wish I could still smell the aroma from the kitchen after they finished preparing a meal. That’s why we aim to take you back to those times with a tilt of our taste. Outside of this you can find me news broadcasting where I’m director for The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Mocs News Station. You may also find me at my church singing which is a passion of mine. I hope you all continue to grow with us here at ChesOli’s. 

My name is Linda Taylor, and I’m the Volunteer Secretary. I keep our meetings in order & files up to par. I’m ecstatic to do this since ChesOli’s is in honor of my late parents Chestine and Oliver Foulks, who I miss very much. I hope we are making them proud. I enjoy helping people, cooking and going to church. Do yourself a favor & get you a cup so we can fill it up!

My name is Janice Ray, and I’m the Volunteer Head Chef here at ChesOli’s. There’s not a meal I can’t cook. My mama Chestine and my dad Oliver showed me everything I know how to do in a kitchen. The kitchen is my peaceful place, and it makes me elated to see someone else enjoying a meal that I’ve cooked. I’m so thankful for the sacrifices my parents made for us to thrive the way we do today. Here at ChesOli’s I promise I’ve got some Tenderloin & Gravy you can’t resist. It’s everything you want in one bite at ChesOli’s.

My name is Sherry Foulks, and I'm the Volunteer Front Liner. I feel so blessed to be on this journey with my family. I am most grateful for my parents. I’m a front line volunteer and enjoy every moment. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, and just having fun with friends. Stick around and experience all that we have to offer you here at ChesOli’s.
